These terms govern your use of nina’s web and iOS apps, operated by Maya Frings (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using nina, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use nina.
nina connects independent creatives with people, spaces, and projects that need them. You can post a need, browse and save posts, and message other users. nina is a directory and messaging tool — we don’t vet users, verify their claims, or participate in any agreement, payment, or work that results from a connection made on nina.
You keep ownership of the profile information, posts, photos, links, and messages you submit to nina (“your content”). By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute it within the app as needed to operate nina — for example, showing your post to other users, or your name and photo alongside a message you send.
You’re solely responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to post it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.
You agree not to, on or through nina:
You can block another user at any time, which prevents them from messaging or contacting you through nina, and report content or a user you believe violates these terms. We review reports and may remove content, restrict a user’s account, or permanently ban a user who violates these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice where we believe it’s necessary to keep nina safe.

nina helps you find and message other creatives, but we don’t run background checks or otherwise verify who you’re talking to. Use your judgment, especially before meeting someone in person or sharing sensitive personal or financial information. You’re responsible for your own interactions and any arrangement, work, or payment you make with another user — nina isn’t a party to it.
Posts and profiles may include links to third-party websites or services. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, or discontinue nina entirely, with notice where reasonably possible.
nina is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that nina will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match or connection made through it will lead to a particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of nina, or from your interactions with other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be excluded under German or EU law, including liability for gross negligence, intent, or death or personal injury.
If we make material changes to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you’re a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this doesn’t deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
